🔹 Payments & Billing

Fees: Service fees are agreed upon before project commencement.
Invoices: Payment schedules will be outlined in contracts or proposals.
Late Payments: May result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.

🔹 Intellectual Property

Ownership: Completed projects are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Licensing: Perahin Digitals retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing.
Third-Party Assets: Clients are responsible for securing rights to any external content provided.

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive data except as required by law or with explicit consent.

🔹 Limitation of Liability

Perahin Digitals is not liable for:

By Client: Services may be terminated with written notice, subject to applicable fees.
By Perahin Digitals: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-compliance, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

🔹 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Chattogram, Bangladesh.
